GE provides specialized equipment such as ‘Injector’, a deep burial tool capable of burial of up to 12mtrs below the seabed, and a jetting sled, suitable for submarine power, telecom, HDPE pipe and umbilical installations as well as repair and maintenance services.

GE core activity is in the installation of power and telecommunication cables in shallow water and difficult terrains. The installation and protection of short lengths of cables in these areas requires cost effective and innovative solutions. This has led to the GE in designing and manufacturing project specific cable lay and burial equipment as well as carrying out the operation of installing and burying these cables.
